Proof of Communion in the Hand from Jesus Himself

When he was at the table with them, he took bread, blessed and broke it, and gave it to them. Then their eyes were opened, and they recognized him; and he vanished from their sight. Luke 24:30-31

Then they told what had happened on the road, and how he had been made known to them in the breaking of the bread. Luke 24:35

This is exactly Communion in the Hand as Jesus practiced it. The two men eyes were opened by Communion in the Hand. It could hardly be clearer with two explicit references in such a short section.
I urge all Catholics to immediately start receiving in the Hand exclusively and immediately as Jesus described in the Gospel of Luke and continue lifelong. I urge you not to delay. In stead be like the two men at Emmaus.

Doesn’t mentioned hands you are making it up

john333

He who eats drinks the body and blood unworthy is guilty of the death of our Lord. Never said ever that one handling of the Eucharist can be taken with out knowing the consequence good luck with hand argument. Church of England went down that road

@john333... You are an ignorant fool not to take seriously the words of Luke that I showed you. Communion in the Hand was the standard practice of the early Catholic Church for the first 800 years. You are showing your ignorance.

chris griffin

@123jussi...You are wrong, there are only two ways to take Communion...."in the hand" or "on the tongue". I put 2 Bible verses in your hands that prove Communion on the tongue is Biblical. What else do you want?

123jussi

The scripture never mentions hands,

chris griffin

"Take" is universally referring to hands. There is no other way to "take".

123jussi

No it isn’t you clearly have limited understanding of the language , please think about this do you really want to defend this evil? Only consecrated hands may touch the host

123jussi

You are GIVING us a headache without ever putting anything in our hands. There are many ways to give and to take , I don’t understand why you insist that receiving communion means receiving on the hands and not in the body.

chris griffin

@123jussi....there are NOT many ways to give and take, you are mentally confused.
