The priests in the Prenestina, Rome area say that LG 8, 14, 16, UR 3, NA 2. GS 22 etc in Vatican Council II refer to hypothetical and invisible cases. They agree with me. For me, this indicates that Pope Leo and Cardinal Fernandez are in schism with the pre-1949 Magisterium. There are no explicit exceptions mentioned in Vatican Council II rational (LG 16 invisible) for the dogma extra ecclesiam nulla salus, the Athanasius Creed and the ecclesiocentric ecclesiology of the Roman Missal of the Latin Mass.
So the Council really supports the traditionalists like the St. Benedict Center, the Society of St. Pius X and the Franciscans of the Immaculate.
But the Vatican will excommunicate the traditionalists who do not accept Vatican Council II irrational and the accompanying ‘liberal reforms ‘based upon the irrational interpretation of the Council.
It is Cardinal Victor Manuel Fernandez who is in schism with the pre-1940 Magisterium.
Fernandez does not interpret invisible cases of LG 8, 14, 16 etc as just being invisible.
Then he does not accept the Athanasius Creed with no exceptions mentioned in Vatican Council II. There are explicit exceptions for the Athanasius Creed for him in Vatican Council II interpreted irrationally (LG 16 visible and not invisible).
So he does not want the SSPX to ordain bishops who will reject Vatican Council II irrational and go back to Tradition. He accepts the bishops in China who accept Vatican Council II irrational, which has the hermeneutic of discontinuity with Tradition.
