Adam Smith's Invisible Hand

1445
Malki Tzedek

As true about capitalism now as it was when Adam Smith wrote about the 'invisible hand'. The trouble is that too many countries are no longer 'capitalist' (a Marxist pejorative now) economies, as Smith defined them, but are 'tinkered-with' economies where ideologies, anxieties, and taxes tip the economic scales and essentially incapacitate (amputate?) 'the hand'.
